Make sure to read through all the rules and information on this page. You will be agreeing to these terms by placing an order with me. If there are any rules that you are unsure about or questions that you have, please visit my contact page here.
*note* The use of the words "You/Your" refers to the client and "Me/My" refers to Lucidrozz.
Adoptables

Adoptables that have a price+ [ex:$40+] are 'offer to adopt'. They have a starting price that can rise and be given to the highest bidder.

The highest bidder will be notified by Email or Discord, where we will continue the purchase.

Adoptables without a '+' have set package prices. They are at a first-come, first-served basis.

Custom adoptables are currently unavailable. If you want to make alterations [Gender, Personality, Name, Colors, and Etc] to an adoptable that you purchased from me, it is more than okay to do so on your own.
Use

Once successfully purchased, you may use my adoptable as an OC, RP character, a design for a Suit, comic/graphic novel character, game character, and personal use, of course.

Any 'original art/designs' created by Lucidrozz should be credited and not claimed as your own work.

When reposting any of my original artwork, you must only use the watermarked version. The original version without a watermark is only for your own personal use.

Commercial use and making a profit off of my original work is not allowed.

Another artist retouching, drawing over, and/or altering the original art is not allowed.
Add-ons

When it comes to icons, the default expression is #1 from the chart. If you want a different number, then make sure to specify it or the icon will come as the default one.

Custom Packs can be a combination of transparent/white bgs, sketches, and flat colored icons. Ex: 2 Sketch Icons and a Flat Color Icon;

Icons can be ordered with your new adoptable or alone at a later time.

This add-on option is mainly for adoptables bought from LucidRozz, but if you have proper reference for the Original Character you want drawn -- don't be afraid to ask.

If you would like to have a Custom Pack with more than one character, just make sure you will be available to eliminate any confusion. Always have reference please~
Payment [USD Only]

When your offer has been reviewed and accepted, you will be linked to cash.me to send your payment.

Returning Adopters receive 10% discounts when including their valid Buyer ID when filling out the form.

In the case of a first time adoption, adopting 2 adoptables at once will give you a 6% discount. 2 adoptions per day only.

Design returns are okay but there will be no refunds.

Resale of the original art work, created by Lucidrozz, can not be sold at a higher amount than the price you originally purchased it. But resale at the same price or lower is fine.
*note* that if you are selling additional artwork with the adoptable, then add the additional prices accordingly.
